Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or challenges.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and persistent approach to lead generation and deal closure.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products/services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company’s visibility and expand the client base.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and generate new leads within the logistics and delivery industry
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, track all interactions and activities in the CRM system, and provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably as an Account Executive in logistics or SaaS industry.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
