Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Account Manager with experience in CRM and Loyalty Programs to grow and retain a portfolio of accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing account management strategies, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts.
Job Scope
- Provide leadership and support during strategy, concept, and execution of client projects
- Partner with internal teams to drive value and engagement for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop account management strategies that align with clients’ objectives and goals
- Effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels to build credibility and trust
- Deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs and insights
- Advise account and financial management related to account profitability
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage idea exchange between cross-functional teams
- Manage client expectations and proactively address issues and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study
- 6+ years of account management experience in agency/MNC environment
- Expertise in B2B industry, CRM, and Loyalty Programs
- Strong experience in marketing operations, communications, and analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage internal and external teams
- Knowledge of the latest marketing and client trends to build competitive solutions
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management
- Exposure to Data Analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau (preferably)
- Deep understanding of customer experience and their digital transformation needs
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
