We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and domiciled in Central and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary SGD 2.500 - SGD 2.800 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and recording of vendors’ / suppliers’ invoices into QuickBooks Online.
- Following up with vendors and suppliers for their Statement of Accounts for completeness of purchases in the month.
- Process payments to vendors and suppliers on a regular basis.
- Proper filing of documents in a tidy manner.
- Checking and reviewing of payment vouchers.
- Maintain and recording of daily sales from POS system and posting to QuickBooks online.
- Liaise with outlets to resolve discrepancies found on POS report.
- Daily recording of bank receipts from various mode of payment in bank statement into Quickbooks and excel files.
- Update of sales report into royalty report, and prepares GTO sales certificates to landlord management offices.
- Assist in company audit.
- Involve in outlets year-end inventory check.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Accounting/ Business/ Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Numerically inclined, analytical, detailed-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A meticulous person that pays attention to happenings in business environment
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and dependable in meeting tight deadlines
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player
Information:
- Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS + VB (Depending on the company & individual performance)
- Location: Shenton
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.50pm or 9am – 6pm
