We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Central and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Accounts Executive （AR) in our business office, Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte. Ltd..

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform accounts receivable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Liaise with relevant users on invoice matters.
- Present AR Receipt status report to Management during monthly AR meeting
- Posting of daily receipt and apply to sale invoice
- Conduct background search on new customers
- Creation of new customer accounts & update of customer information into ERP system
- Ensures all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into ERP system.
- Proper filing of receipt documents.
- 3 ways matching of purchase documents
- Other administrative matters.
