We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.200 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable: Record payments received from Customers on the Netsuite system.
- Accounts Payable: Arrange monthly payments to factory and vendors, prepare payments to Local Suppliers, and arrange monthly supplier payments for overseas Rep Office through online banking platform.
- Checking and issue of Staff claims (OGS, VRO & PRO)
- Update Monthly Exchange Rate in Netsuite, daily bookkeeping in Netsuite and end-of-month Bank Reconciliation (USD, JPY, SGD)
- Take care of overseas Rep Office monthly accounting issues with support from local outsourcing accounting consultant company
- Assist in financial audits (OGS / PRO)
- Assist in GST filing and Corporate Income tax filing (OGS)
Requirements
- 3-5 years working experience, good knowledge in accounting job, for instance, AR, AP, bookkeeping,
- General understanding of financial statements and accounting reports.
- Minimum Diploma holder
