Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records and performing a range of accounting tasks to support the financial operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including recording all financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all financial records
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve financial issues
- Work collaboratively with other members of the finance team to support the overall financial operations of the organization
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
He / She should have:
- Experienced admin executive or in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Updated on the accounting principles and regulations
- Knowledge in account software is a bonus
