We are hiring for the position of Accounts Executive with full time working hours for our company office, Mao Heng International Logistics (Pte. Ltd.), for residents of North and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

|Type of Work
- Maintain full set of accounts as well as verify and approve AP,AR,GL journals.
- Assist in managing payroll activities
- Able to perform and prepare P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll and journals report.
- To assist in accurate data entry
- To assist in submission of monthly CPF
- Ensure accuracy & completeness of month end closing activities (monthly financial report)
- Responsible for the sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis In timely manner
- Support cash flow management and daily update
- Identifies process or manage complex problems and escalates appropriately.
- Initiative and support financial process improvements.
- Prepare Quarterly GST, monthly withholding tax, statutory survey form and statistical returns (when required).
- Supports & Coordinate adhoc assignments and projects as and when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting
- At least 2-3 years or more working experience in Accounting
- Proficient in XERO Accounting Software. Candidates with knowledge of other accounting software may apply
- Highly competent in MS Office,ie; *MS Excel – pivot tables* and Word.
- Able to handle all documents with confidentiality
- Good initiative and Positive attitude
- Able to take up new Challenge
- Able to handle work stress
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Singaporean, 5 days work week
- Location : Ang Mo Kio
