We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Account Executive to join our team and support our administrative and accounting functions.


  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting department, including but not limited to data entry, record keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, such as processing invoices, preparing payment vouchers, and reconciling statements.
  • Conduct regular financial data entry and update spreadsheets to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking expenses, including maintaining expense reports and receipts.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining financial documents, reports, and records.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, and reports as assigned.
  • Assist in coordinating with external auditors during financial audits or reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information.


  • Previous experience in administrative support or accounting role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry
