Roles & Responsibilities
- Basic cashiering duties
- Manage online shop for product listings, selling and stock updating
- Post products or promotions on Facebook and Instagram
- Manage stock and all items are labelled
- Ensure items on display are tagged with prices labelled clearly
- Deliver good customer service, handle online order and shipment related things
- Communicate with the third party logistics company for delivery
Requirements:
1.Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandrain
2.Stong experience in managing social media platform accounts (Facebook & Instagram)
3. Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
4. Have MS Office skill
5. eCommerce background
6. Understanding of inventory management
