Job Description
• Handle customer feedbacks’ calls and emails
• Record and follow up on customer feedbacks in system
• Prepare quotations, monitor and coordinate on servicing schedule
• Prepare reports and letters for Customer Sales/Service enquired
• Good communication skills
• And other Administrative Duties
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least an ‘O’ Level, any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– 5 days work week
