Job Description:

· Perform training administration work such as course enrolment, and payment, send reminders to participants or site in charge, and update training records and certificates.

· Check utilities/telco/clinic invoices, get HODs/PDs approval, and submit to accounts dept for payment.

· Manage the office’s pantry area.

· In charge of work pass-related matters, dormitory system administration (OFWAS, etc).

· Liaise with site management in arranging workers for medical examination, MOM thumbprint, vaccination, etc.

· Assist HR/Admin Executive in workers’ administration.

· Filing and maintaining proper documentation

· Other clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, etc.

· Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· ITE, Higher Nitec, GCE ‘O’ level qualification and above

· 1 to 2 years of working experience.

· Able to work independently.

· Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind
