Job Description:
- Assist the Membership Team with Members’ Nite and International Women’s Day Conference and Dinner preparation.
- Handle enquiries, registration and payments for the above events.
- Handle membership enquiries.
- Update membership data by reaching out members, utilizing various approaches, such as phone outreach and emails.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Membership Department.
Requirements:
- GCE A-Level, Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Meticulous and with good customer service mindset.
- Able to commit from 1 September 2023 to 31 March 2024.
