In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of SGD 2.000 - SGD 2.500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Responsibilities
- Process tender supply to institutes
- Track tender supplies status
- Update new awarded tender in the system
- Handle customers’ phone inquiries and process orders via customer care hotline, email, sales order.
- Ensure important information with regards to special delivery are communicated with the Warehouse Team.
- Maintain records of all inventory transactions according to the requirements of the organization.
- Provide admin support such as filing and retrieval of documents when requires.
- Assist to perform annual stock-take.
- Any other duties assigned by Client Service Manager & Senior Operations Executive.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least an O-Level / Diploma, any field.
- Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry will be advantageous
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be advantageous.
- Fast learner, positive attitude, and able to work as a team.
- Independent and Computer literate
- 5 days work week – Monday to Friday
2-way Free Company Transport is provided at Bishan MRT stations
