Job Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service for registration and appointments of department.
- Assist with coordination and appointment booking for the customers
- Administrative duties associated with the clinical services / programme.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Service-oriented and passionate to work in the healthcare industry
