An experienced Application Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and expertise in Thermal Dynamics. As an Application Engineer, you will provide customer technical support and solutions, collaborate with the sales team, and drive product development initiatives. Your role will be crucial in understanding customer requirements, designing effective thermal systems, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify customer needs, develop customized solutions, and prepare technical proposals.
- Define customer requirements for the design team to generate accurate technical drawings.
- Perform feasibility studies, assess risks, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct engineering analysis and simulations to optimize thermal system designs, including heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and sound acoustic.
- Support product development activities by conducting design reviews, prototyping, and testing.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to thermal systems and their integration with customer applications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to advise customers regarding the thermal heat transfer of our products.
- Conduct training sessions and create technical documentation for customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least two years of experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least five years of experience
- Experience designing and optimizing thermal systems, such as heat exchangers or equipment, will be advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
