We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Applications Analyst (L1.5/L2 Support) - Ref: FC. For those of you who live in North-East and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Search Index Pte Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 6.000 - SGD 8.000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

What you will be doing:
- Provide on-going L1.5/ L2 maintenance support for systems/applications
- Attend to user queries; Analyze, investigate and resolve issues reported
- Support in regular server maintenance, systems monitoring, backups, patching and daily health checks
What you need to have:
- Diploma/Degree in computer science/IT with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skill to liaise with various stakeholders such as users, vendors and etc
- Experience in applications support or similar activities
Salary will commensurate according to Candidates’ Work Experience & Qualifications
