We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of SGD 1.800 - SGD 2.800 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Organize the customer service operation with customers’ satisfaction being a priority; to maintain satisfactory relationships with customers and staff
- Maintain Customer Service standards and procedures.
- Provide customer services support to the department store, such as Goods and Service Tax Refund, Smart-Card applications, Public Announcement, Lost and Found cases/ reports, etc.
- Ensure that the customers’ problems are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and follow through with the necessary actions; handle customers’ feedback/ complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Compile customer feedback and suggestions so as to improve and develop Service Standards.
Requirements:
- Able to liaise with English-speaking customers.
