We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Central and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Assistant Finance & Accounting Executive (Maternity Cover) in our business office, Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd (Temasek).

Candidates with a Not Specified or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting are especially required. Because our company values a competitive and professional work atmosphere, the candidates we seek must be dependable, honest, disciplined, and diligent.
We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! - Reports to Finance Manager
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Reconcile bank statements
- Handling Invoices (Check and Proceed)
- Conduct month-end accounting closing
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Entries in SAP for AR, AP & GL
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent qualifications/certificates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge on SAP System is an added advantage
- Meticulous and a team player with good analytical, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Strong planning ability and able to work independently
- Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Location: Suntec City
- 5 days work week
