Responsibilities:
- Management of full recruitment cycle of employees
- Responsible for record keeping and administrative processes in connection with employee life cycle for payroll processing
- Administers and review the insurance benefit plans and establish KPI for operation staff
- Review and update employee handbook
- Provide HR support to HR related activities
- Administer training and submission of training claims
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or above
- Minimum 5 year of experience in Human Resources
