You will provide marketing support to ensure smooth operations of Pharmacare’s retail outlets and e-commerce platforms. This includes managing and maintaining existing e-commerce platforms, handling marketing efforts by maintaining and updating marketing files, preparing marketing collaterals for monthly promotions and ad-hoc requests from outlets, keeping track of monthly promotion campaign timelines, following up on submissions, providing support to customer enquiries/ feedback/ complaints and product-related issues, and identifying and reporting errors that may impact customer’s purchasing journey. You may also be assigned other ad hoc projects where required.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Marketing/ Business-related field with minimum 2 years’ working experience in Retail and/ or E-commerce
· Able to do product photoshoots and photo editing
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Google Analytics
· Good analytical skills
· Good command of English
· Analytical, meticulous and organised
· Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Able to show initiative and responsible
