- Align with the professional image of the brand
- Attend to customers promptly recommend suitable products to meet their needs
- Achieve set store targets & sales performance
- Ensure that all merchandise are properly displayed on the shelves
- Provide regular customer feedback to HQ on fast moving products
- Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the retail area and counters are kept neat and clean at all times
- Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
- Prepare daily store opening / update of daily sales to HQ
- Observe the opening hours by being punctual and complete the closing according to SOP
- Attend trainings & store briefings when required
Requirements
- Experience in F&B/Retail is a must
- Good command of spoken English
- Enjoys being around people with a warm personality
- Detail oriented and organized
- Highly motivated team player, self-starter and willing to learn
- Applicants with Basic Food Hygiene license will have an advantage
