We are hiring! To candidates with Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate, we BGC Group (Outsourcing), are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as business development manager - recruitment & hr outsourcing business and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Central and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 5.000 - SGD 10.000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Purpose:
- To build the business by generating revenues and increasing market share thereby ensuring sustainable growth.
Accountabilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies together with the leadership team according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth for Singapore.
- Conducting direct market research and competitor analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through new clients and business opportunities.
- Following up on leads and convert opportunities into profitable deals.
- Preparing business proposals, conducting sales presentations, and taking part in the price negotiation process.
- Performing risk assessment when working with new clients.
- Reviewing existing contracts, making commercial terms recommendations till contract renewal process completion.
- Performing competitor analysis and interpreting market trends.
Skills and Competencies:
- At least 3 years of business development experience in ideally the recruitment industry or private sector space.
- Prior business development or sales experience selling human resource and/or recruitment solutions to clients is a plus.
- Experience with tender selling is a plus.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, motivated and possesses a can-do attitude.
