DLM were formed in 1984 and we are an integrated M&E specialist contractor specialized in Air Conditioning system Mechanical Ventilation System, Electrical installation and Extra Low Voltage design and installation works. We are easily located at Shun Li Industrial Park.

We are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as:

• Electrical Installation Specialist with a L5 for ME05 BCA Workhead

(Electrical Installation)

• Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Specialist with a L5 for ME01 BCA Workhead

(Air Conditioning, Refrigerant & Ventilation works)

Overall, We have also attained L5 for ME15 (Integrated Building Services)

DLM has also attained the Bizsafe Star issued by the Workplace Safety & Health Council (WSHC) and is also ISO 9001 certified.
