MIT Semiconductor Pte Ltd (MSPL) is a leading provider of integrated automation solutions to the semiconductor industries worldwide. The Company primarily designs, develops and distributes a wide range of automated equipment that caters to the front and back-end processes of IC assembly. Our flagship range of high-end semiconductor equipment includes wafer level die marking and sorting systems, vision inspection, laser marking and tape and reel systems.

The Company also provides engineering and maintenance services to customers in the form of upgrading and retrofitting of existing equipment to meet new production and process requirements.
