Job Description

As a writer/creative intern with us, your main responsibility will be content creation — your focus will be in writing and reporting with a secondary focus on filming short-form videos for social media, designing simple posts. Aside from this, you will also assist in other marketing activities like managing social media accounts and brainstorming sessions.

You should have knowledge of social media platforms, especially regarding the type of short-form videos and content that will perform well on Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. To do well, you should be familiar with shooting photos and short-form videos (especially of food) and have basic design skills.

Responsibilities:

• Writing of articles

• Reporting of events

• Film short videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, Tik Tok and other marketing purposes

• Create social media content like Instagram, Facebook posts and Tik Tok

• Cover/Attend media tastings/client invites by producing short-form videos and articles with photos — be ready to eat!

• Assist in managing clients’ social media accounts: Handle engagement, follower growth, etc

• Assist in brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns/proposals

Requirements:

• Keen individuals with good working and learning attitude

• Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills

• Some photography skills, mainly to take food photos for articles

• Strong writing skills, with an ability to vary style based on target audience and purpose. Experience and skill in writing lifestyle articles will be an advantage

• Comfortable working in a small team as well as independently to meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment

• Work from home is possible once intern is well-versed with work

• Entry Level (Need to be in Singapore)
