Our client is a Global MNC company in the IT industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Customer Service team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for replying to emails and answering of phone calls from existing/new customers to execute all the company’s enquiries and orders.
- Responsible for liaising with new/existing customers on stock reservations and expiry matters
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service experiences on every interaction with the respective customers
- Responsible for developing/maintaining relationships with the company’s local reseller contacts
- Responsible for liaising with the respective internal departments to ensure that the various company objectives are fulfilled
- In charge of the company’s delivery schedule and arrangements
- In charge of liaising with the company’s internal departments on the respective company’s supply chain services
- In charge of overseeing the company’s open order reports, and chase the required outstanding items when needed
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Customer Service working experience
