Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiry/tender for our products and services.
- Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis.
- Provide admin support to sales and technical support team to achieve sales.
- Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement.
- Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status.
- Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required.
- Lead and conduct Contract Review of an order received from assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintenance and preparation of presentation material, product information.
- Assist in preparation of management reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends.
- Manage client relationship
