We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Responsibilities
· Liaise with carrier, customers, transporter, warehouse, oversea agents and 3rd party vendors.
· Resolving any operation problems that arise during the shipment process.
· Handle customer’s complaint or issues.
· To build good rapport with the customers.
· Monitor shipment status until shipment is being release/ delivered to customer in good condition.
· Coordinate all shipment with promptly and accurately.
· Billing of invoices to meet deadlines.
· Provide quotations.
· Process all documentation.
· Permit declaration (DG goods declaration and Shipping Permits).
· Completion of Job Files and Invoicing.
· Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
· Having basic knowledge of shipping.
· Have experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Company.
· Training provided if you have less than 1 year of experience.
· Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients in China.
