Responsibilities
- Working within our Integrated Customer Interaction Centre, you’ll offer customers a one-stop service across our entire product/service range, answering general and environment-related queries
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- Fluent in English with the ability to speak one other language will be an advantage
- Work in fast-paced Contact Centre environment
- Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy !!
- 5 days work week; inclusive of weekends
- Must be flexible to work on weekend shift when rostered
