We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Customer Services Assistant. We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities
- Process taxi bookings, handle taxi related enquiries.
- Perform Service Recovery for Taxi and Bus Operations
- Attend to level 1 customer service feedback, complaint and lost & found matters from the respective stakeholders
- Liaise with authorities, building owners and hotels on mass taxi bookings and bus operations
Job Requirement
Education/Qualifications
- GCE “O’ Level / Diploma in any discipline
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Non-Technical Skills/Attributes
- Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills.
- Experience in operational environment.
- Can work independently and as a team player.
- Intensive customer service skills.
