We are hiring! To candidates with Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, we JTE Recruit Pte Ltd, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as deskside support engineer (no experience required) and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in East and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 2.000 - SGD 2.800.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Our Client:
- IT Service Provider
- Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
- Central – Raffles Place
- Basic UP $2800 + Completion Bonus
- 1 Year Contract Renewable
Responsibilities:
- To provide IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops for end users and corporate customers
- Ensure timely update to customers on service appointment, service status till closure of the services incidents.
- Support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problem.
- Install Operation system, firmware, and bios.
- Handling, resolving, and keeping track of assigned cases through ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- No experience required, training will be provided
