Responsibilities:
• Work with end-users to identify their technology needs and provide guidance on best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solution to end-users
• Install and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and functioning correctly
• Provide training and support to end-users on technology and tools
• Manage and monitor the performance of end-user devices, such as laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Configure and manage end-user devices, including operating systems, applications, and security settings
• Collaborate with IT Teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Document procedures and policies related to end-user technology systems and tools
• Maintain Inventory of hardware and software assets
