The main responsibility of a Digital Account Executive is to work closely with the digital marketing team and ensure that client’s objectives and project timeline are met.
You will be responsible for reviewing clients’ digital campaigns, providing insights and advising clients on their digital strategy. You will also act as a key contact person between clients and digital marketing team to ensure that timelines and milestones for digital campaigns are met.
Intensive in-house and on-the-job training will be provided to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing critical analysis, insights and strategies on clients’ digital marketing campaigns to meet their goals.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns from start to end
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Managing project timeline and schedule
- Work on client’s retention and growing revenue from existing clients
- Provide support and facilitate meetings, where appropriate, to all project team members.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively as part of the team.
- Able to work on tight timelines.
- Good analytical skills is an added advantage.
- Good business and marketing sense.
- Time management skills with a sense of urgency is a must.
- Experience in accounts management and digital marketing industry
