Our company Gammon Pte. Limited is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Singapore and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree & Master's Degree and experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Civil/Construction, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of engineer and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
- Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme and produce short term works plans
- Check construction drawings and highlight discrepancies
- Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained
- Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
- Ensure material submission & approval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience with good experience in building construction projects
- Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be a plus
- Completed QM project and a registered Core-trade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Able to coordinate with the relevant authorities in getting the required approvals for A&A works
- Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
