Our company Alphaeus Pte Ltd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Singapore and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Hardware, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of entry level desktop support engineer [basic up to 2.5k] #training provided and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 1.900 - SGD 2.500 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities for IT Support Engineer:
- Provide first level troubleshooting of devices, maintenance of laptops and tablets
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and software for users
- Assist users on operating system, email, hardware and software related issues
- Deployment of PC, notebook and printers as requested by users
- Assist in troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues
- Respond to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
