Require Event Account Manager responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution for clients. This includes coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure successful event delivery. The Event Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their event objectives and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop event concepts and strategies that align with clients’ objectives and budgets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as event production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with external vendors, including venues, caterers, and audiovisual providers.
  • Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including budget management, timelines, and on-site coordination.
  • Create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to event planning and execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members involved in event delivery.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/ Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3-4 years in sales servicing role
  • Proven experience in event planning, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges during event execution.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, late evening and weekend when needed
