You will be responsible for all benefits administration matters for SingHealth HQ staff. This includes administering of leave and medical benefits, staff identification (staff card, dependant card and name tag) and insurance related matters.

You will verify and ensure timely and accurate submission of the various leave and medical claims reports. You will also be managing gift declarations by SingHealth HQ staff as well as generating data to facilitate Group Insurance renewals. To ensure policies are relevant and up-to-date, you will also conduct regular reviews of the policies under Employee Services.

Job Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and preferably with knowledge on SAP system
  • Meticulous, organised and possesses good communication skills
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
