We need you to fill the position as Executive - Programme (TOUCH Wellness Group) for our office.

Job summary:
As a Programme Executive, you will provide administrative support for the various programmes under the Beyond the Label campaign.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide administrative support for Beyond the Label (“BTL”)
- Coordinate monthly meetings for all organisations in the BTL Collective, and liaising with senior management staff from various organisations
- Take minutes
- Consolidate slides for all meetings
- Have oversight over work done by the 5 different BTL workgroups
- Oversee timely submission of documents
Work with stakeholders for the following programmes
- BTL Mobile Exhibitions
- BTL Mental Health Friendly Neighbourhood
Deliver workshops for peer support and mental wellbeing
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, ideally in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or other related fields.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Good stakeholder management and secretariat skills.
- Able to work on week day evenings and weekends, as required.

TOUCH Community Services is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. We were officially registered in 1992 and have been a member of the National Council of Social Service since 1994.
How we started
The work of TOUCH started in 1986 as a service for latch-key children in the neighbourhoods of Clementi and Jurong. Touched by the obvious need of low-income and single-parent families with difficulties making ends meet, much less raising their children in a positive environment, a group of seven volunteers in their 20s organised activities to help the children. This small attempt has today become a multi-service organisation with an integrated network of services located at different parts of Singapore, including Bukit Merah, Clementi, Geylang Bahru, Hougang, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, Ubi and Yishun.

Over the years, TOUCH has reached out to many individuals from all religions and races, including children, youths, families, people with special and healthcare needs and the elderly.
