We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of SGD 3.200 - SGD 3.500 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the facilities manager with all operational activities related to facilities and maintenance
- Manage minor A&A, facility related repair and replacement works
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facilities equipment such as fire protection system
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance of related equipment
- Assist with management of security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors
- Manage company’s property portfolio
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or above
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Facility Management/ Building Maintenance
