Our company, BGC Group (Outsourcing) are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as [govt] admin secretary | 1 year contract | diploma | central- l.t with a full time work system, which domiciled in Central and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree which experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from SGD 3.000 to a maximum of SGD 5.000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar for up to 2 Directors and travel arrangement.
- Provide secretariat support for management meeting including poll and schedule agenda items.
- Liaise on meeting date, presentation schedule and presentation slides.
- Take meeting notes and ensure upload of presentation materials and documents.
- Liaise with corporate finance team, project teams and vendors to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
- Assist with the group’s monthly and yearly accruals, PO closure exercises etc.
- Only Singaporean
- Diploma or Degree Holder
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience and prior experience in Calendar Management
- Good Calendar Conflict Management and Communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
