Our company BGC Group (Outsourcing) is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Central and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of [govt] temp admin assistant | contract | central- l.t and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 1.600 - SGD 1.900 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Check on donotions received by Finance department daily to verify the status of tax-deductible donations.
- Manage an email mailbox daily and attend to donors’ queries on donation information and/or confirm receipt of their donations.
- Log into the portal to extract reports, check for donors’ requests for Tax Deductible Donations and update Finance department.
- Updating of agenda, booking of rooms and sending of reminders for department meetings.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Only Singaporean
- Diploma in any field
- Prior experience in Admin
