We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Guest Services Executive (M Club) - M Hotel Singapore. Position Summary
Responsible for greeting all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity. Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the M Club Lounge and pantry work area is kept clean and in an orderly state all times.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Set up morning breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails
- Prepare drinks and food garnishes
- Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables
- Remove dirty dishes and glasses, and clean tables after customers finish meals
- Prepare itemized checks and take payments from customers
- Clean and set up dining areas, refill condiments, roll silverware into napkins, and stock service areas
Guest Service
- Always greet guests in friendly and professional manner according to M Hotel standards
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
- Perform accurate check-ins check-outs of guest daily
- Anticipate and address guest’s service needs
Financial
- Required to do cashiering duties and/or closing as instructed
Administration
- Generate report from POS on types of meals served for the day
