We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

The job of Housekeeping Intern is executed satisfactorily when:

  • Provide linen in an effective, efficient, and compliant manner to Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Spa.
  • Sort out any stained or damaged linen and send the best quality linen to the respective departments.
  • Be cost effective and use products very wisely and to control the usage of energy, water, gas and electricity.
  • Use products properly as per standards.
  • Maintain all equipment clean, trolleys in order and linen shelves to the standard as established by the hotel.
  • Collect guest laundry.
  • Clean laundry.
  • Clean assigned guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel. It involves, but not limited to, making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet and mini-bar.
  • Whilst cleaning the room, verify that all is in proper condition and order of functioning and report to supervisor any items that need repair.
  • Clean corridors, public areas and Spa as assigned.
  • Clean trolleys after each use and replace with linen and supplies.
  • Ensure that all machines are switched off and equipment is clean and left safe at the end of the shift.
  • Laundry and linen room to be left clean and in order.
  • Stay informed of product and service knowledge to answer guest questions.
  • Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle.
  • Report and return lost and found items.
  • Responsible for the segregation of waste.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
