We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR/Admin Officer. For those of you who live in Pioneer and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, SG SAGAWA AMEROID PTE. LTD., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Duties/Scope of work
1) Vehicles’ related matters
- Vehicles’ road tax renewal
- Season Parking
- Licenses
- Summonses
2) Purchasing
- Perform purchasing duties for the company
- Sourcing for new vendors that offer better price/quality/services
3) HR
- Full spectrum of HR functions
- Full spectrum on Company administration functions
- Support the team in daily operational and administration matters
- Creation and maintenance of staff record in system
4) Admin
- Record daily outgoing mails for posting & prepare monthly postage usage report
- Collect incoming mails and distribute accordingly
- Liaise with courier company; verify daily incoming documents from courier company & distribute accordingly
- Provide receptionist duties; including answer company’s main line, serve drinks to visitors, reservation of meeting room
- Other job duties as assigned by manager
