We are offering a salary of SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Responsibilities :
- Handling end to end recruitment duties and work pass application, cancellation/ renewals
- Handling payroll duties
- Supporting in daily HR and administrative duties
- Filling, update & record of new joiners/ resignee
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrolment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Experienced in HR Administrative role will have added advantages
- Experienced in work pass application
- Candidate with short notice period will have added advantages
