Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Assist in documentation and filing system.
- Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment & training)
- Assist in payroll data entry.
- File Work Injury documents
- Assist in Training course application and coordinate training schedule.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Singaporean Only
- Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player.
- Able to start within short period
