We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Ang Mo Kio and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Human Resource Executive (Payroll) in our business office, Popular Book Company Pte Ltd.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle of monthly payroll processing including computation of salary, attendance checking, overtime processing and allowances, CPF submission and Tax filing for foreign employees IR21 and IR8A.
  • Preparing and ensuring accuracy in payroll and other payroll-related reports for stakeholders.
  • Handles statutory claims such as NS, maternity, paternity & child-care leave in Singapore.
  • Provide advice on payroll related matters on prompt basis.
  • Maintain complete and updated employee records relating to remuneration.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR Management/Business Administration.
  • Familiar with BIPO would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  • Min 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll.
  • Good knowledge in HR practices and policies/Singapore Employment Act.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment.
  • Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, organized and with a Can-Do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently under pressing deadline.
  • Able to multi-task and proactive to function efficiently and effectively in a fast paced and volatile environment.
  • Good interpersonal, bilingual in oral and written communication skills.
  • Contract role for 4 to 5 months.
