Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Human Resources Executive cum Personal Assistant. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 4.000 - SGD 5.000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding to offboarding, and payroll processing
- Manage foreign manpower matters including Work Pass application/cancellation/renewals
- Responsible for statutory submission of CPF, Annual Income Tax (IR8A) & Tax Clearance (IR21)
- Maintain proper employee records in personnel files and HR system
- Assist in updating employee handbook, SOPs, HR policies and procedures, etc.
- Liaise with government agencies and communicate with staff on employment matters
- Assist directors / shareholders with office administrative support as well as personal matters
- Provide support in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
