We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Insurance Executive. Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and excellent end-to-end customer service for our motor insurance customers and prospects
- Follow-up on motor insurance policy renewals for existing customers
- Follow-up on motor insurance enquires for prospects
- Generate quotation from different insurers’ respective portals
- Issue insurance policies
- Record customer and policy data in CRM
- Provide timely quotation to the sales team
- Handle general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in insurance administration
- Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Accountability and accuracy in work
- Positive work attitude and able to foster cohesive teamwork
