We are offering a salary of SGD 2.600 - SGD 3.200 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. - Administration of ERP, CRM, Microsoft365, Anti Virus and any other IT related devices and software.
- Create, add and modify user accounts and services across various platforms.
- Configure, deploy and relocate laptops, desktops, iPads, printers and any other IT related devices.
- Assist all employees with any IT related issues.
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders in resolving problems.
- Conduct regular system audit for IT effectiveness, efficiency, and security.
- Inventory related duties such as data entry, documents filling, stock taking etc.
- Other admin tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent with IT certifications.
- At least with 1 – 2 years of IT experience.
- Possess a positive, friendly, and cheerful working attitude.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
